It has a “Zero Tolerance Policy” concerning all crimes and violations of the company’s ethical standards, as contained in the

Momentum Metropolitan Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct Policy. A zero-tolerance approach implies that Momentum Metropolitan will encourage, allow and support the investigation of any employee or external party, regardless of status or stature, implicated in any form of illegal or unethical behaviour in or against Momentum Metropolitan.

Ethics lines play an integral role in sustaining our Momentum Metropolitan values and the fraud risk management process to detect and minimise the impact of fraud and unethical practices in our organisation. Our ethics and fraud lines are managed by Deloitte and provides access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to unique toll-free numbers and e-mail addresses for the exclusive use of Momentum Metropolitan. Callers may choose to remain anonymous.
