Every year since 2021 Momentum Metropolitan has improved its overall average rating, meaning that employees reap the benefits of the company continually evolving and improving. Process of Certification

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. With 255 questions relating to best-practice processes and policies, the survey analyses all areas of human capital management and people practices. * This survey covers six HR domains (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite), consisting of over 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

The Top Employers Institute certification programme is a rigorous process that involves an extensive, independently audited, and fact-based HR Best Practices Survey and validation to ensure answers are truthful.

The Group showed improvements in most areas in 2024. This year for Momentum Metropolitan, 65% of topics scored above the SA benchmark, against all the other South African companies assessed and certified.
